Carlo Gambescia e Nicola Vacca, l'uno sociologo liberal-cattolico e l'altro scrittore laico-socialista, buttano il corpaccione della “destra” italiana nella macina della critica del giudizio, con tutte le frattaglie, grandi e piccole, con tutti i rimasugli e i detriti di cui quel relitto antistorico è intriso. Sottopongono quella straziata creatura allo sferzante giudizio di una logica che si direbbe catto-lib-lab e... da quest'operazione di spremitura senza sconti, dài e ridài, non esce un bel nulla. Sfogli, leggi, riguardi, segui le argomentazioni, le battute, i rimandi colti e quelli en passant... e alla fine capisci. Ciò che si era intuito, così, alla buona, dunque è vero: in Italia, di una “destra”, che sia uno straccio di “destra”, non v'è traccia.
Leggendo A Destra per caso.
